Can I pay with a credit
card?
We accept all major credit cards. Please note that
there is a nominal service charge for American Express and Discover

I don't have a formula.
Can NHK formulate one for me?
Absolutely. We have doctorate level professionals, personal
trainers, dieticians and other industry experienced personnel who
are highly skilled at creating innovative and effective dietary supplements.

I already have a formula.
Will NHK manufacture it for me?
We will manufacture any customer supplied formula which is considered
a dietary supplement or functional food as defined by the United States
Food & Drug Administration. Certain restrictions apply.

What measures do you
take to protect my intellectual property?
We will sign a non-disclosure agreement protecting our clients' intellectual
property. Certain restrictions apply.

I don't have a label.
Can you design and print one for me?
Yes. We have our own graphic design department which specializes
in the dietary supplement labels. We have the creative ability
to combine the requirements of the 1994 Dietary Supplement Health
& Education Act as well as the dynamics required for a label to
differentiate your product from competitors. |

What is the minimum
quantity for label printing?
The minimum order requirement is 2,500 pressure sensitive labels.

How much does NHK
charge for label design and printing?
Prices vary depending on the label size and type. The number
of colors, type of paper and quantity will determine the price of
a label. |

I already have a label.
What direction do my labels
have to roll in?
Our packaging department requires a "position seven" roll
direction.

How long will it take
to get my products?
Our lead-times are typically 4-6 weeks for capsules and powder drink
mixes, and 6-8 weeks for tablets. Lead-times are subject to change.

What kind of documentation
will my order come with?
Each order is furnished with a standard NHK certificate of analysis
(COA). Our standard COA contains input values from the batch
production record. Post-production efficacy and microbiology
reports, Certificate of Origin, Free Sale Certificates, Export Documents,
and/or copies of our licenses, permits and certificates are available
upon request for a nominal fee. |

What does GMP mean?
GMP is an acronym for "Good Manufacturing Practices."
GMPs are used in the manufacture or processing of blood, cosmetics,
drugs, foods and medical devices. It is a collective term used
to ensure quality procedures in the manufacturing process. |

Does NHK use GMPs
in their manufacturing process?
Our facilities are NPA (formerly NNFA) and NSF GMP certified, and ISO 9001:2000 registered for the production of
dietary supplements. This means that our facilities have been
audited for cleanliness, facility design, personnel training and several
other aspects of the manufacturing process by an independent third-party.

The NPA (formerly NNFA) GMP seal may only be used on products which are manufactured
and distributed by NPA (formerly NNFA) GMP certified parties. |
